The Anaheim Indoor Marketplace is Orange County's largest indoor swapmeet. There are a large number of store you can visit in one stop with your Anaheim car rental. With stores for luggage, children's wear, men's wear, shoes, cosmetics, electronics, music, underwear, sportswear, toys, jewelry, women's clothing, house wares, furniture, gift shops, and specialty shops you are sure to find what you are looking for. The holidays are especially important here, so you can bring your whole family along in your Anaheim car rental to celebrate.

The Anaheim Marketplace is located on South Anaheim Boulevard with your Anaheim car rental. It is open daily from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., except for Tuesdays when it is closed.

Shop till you drop

For other shopping, why not make the trip to Beverly Hills with your Anaheim car rental? The Beverly Center is an eight-story shopping mall at the edge of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. It has over 120 stores, including Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Banana Republic, Pottery Barn, Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, Lacoste, and Diesel just to name a few. There is also a Rooftop Terrace that has a view of the Hollywood Hills and West Los Angeles.

Escape to the outdoors

If shopping is not really your thing while you are visiting Los Angeles with your Anaheim car rental, then why not explore some of L.A's beautiful parks while others shop?

Griffith Park on of the most popular in the area. It is located in the Santa Monica mountains on 4100 acres. It offers hiking trails, bridle paths, pony rides, and bike rentals. Also in the park are the L.A. Zoo, a merry-go-round, the Travel Town Museum, Greek Theatre, the Griffith Observatory, the Autry Museum of Western Heritage, and the Bronson Caves. These caves were filmed as Batman's hideaway as well as used in the movies Bonanza and Gunsmoke. This is a must-see for adventure lovers!

Descanso Gardens is only 20 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles with your Anaheim car rental, this is a nature lover's retreat with an oak forest and an International Rosarium. There is also an art gallery on the premise, and a Japanese Tea House that is open on weekends!

Exposition Park is located centrally in Los Angeles, and was once home to a farmers market. Today it has several cultural and recreation centers, including a Natural History Museum, the California African-American Museum, the LA Swimming Stadium, and the Science Center. Admission to the park and rose garden are free, but parking and some of the attractions do have a small fee.

There is plenty of shopping in the Los Angeles area, but for those who don't like to shop till they drop, there are many other activities as well.
